• Order & menu data (e.g., menu items, prices, order details, table identifiers).
• Device & usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed, basic logs for security and troubleshooting).
• Payments/top-ups: we record billing events and balances; payment processing details may be handled by payment providers.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the service (including optional AI features).
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
• Support, notices, and service communications.

AI Features

If enabled, AI features may process inputs such as menu content or chat messages to generate outputs (e.g., menu structuring, recommendations, translations). We do not use merchant data to train public models unless explicitly stated and agreed.
